Alaris 8015 PC Unit or 8100 Pump Module?
Identify which unit needs service and list each affected module separately. These completed Apex repairs show two different service needs:
Alaris 8015 PC Unit
In this completed job, the battery test did not pass. Apex diagnosed and replaced a faulty control board; the battery test then passed.

A module reported channel error 242.4030. Apex checked the AIL sensor assembly and control board, then replaced the faulty motor. The error cleared and all post-repair tests passed.

Request service for one pump or an infusion fleet
For a modular system, list the PC unit and each affected module separately. Include serial numbers, reported alarms or symptoms, accessory needs and the number of devices. For scheduled PM, share your asset list and preferred service window; for repairs, describe when the issue occurs and any prior assessment.

Infusion pump modules, PC units and docking systems
A PC unit, infusion module, syringe module and PCA module perform different functions within a modular system. Alaris EtCO2 and Auto-ID modules are related monitoring and identification components. List each affected component separately, even when several are attached to the same PC unit.
For docking, charging or communication concerns, include the pump model, station model, power supply and the displayed message. For a maintenance visit, one inventory can include multiple brands and pump types.
