Plan access and identify the affected assembly
Send photographs of the equipment label, service head, shelves and affected arm or brake. Describe drift, control response, damaged accessories or cable-management problems. Include the installed equipment and available room-access window so the work can be coordinated with your facility team.
If the concern involves building power, medical-gas infrastructure or ceiling anchorage, identify that separately so the facility and appropriate installation specialists can be included in the scope. A device service request does not by itself define building-system work.
