Defibrillator and AED service requests
Apex Biomedical Technology reviews repair and service requests for manual defibrillators, monitor/defibrillators, AED units and related emergency equipment. We support healthcare facilities in Houston and surrounding communities and accept requests from across the United States. Include the exact device model and the concern shown by the unit so the service scope can be reviewed.
LIFEPAK 20 printer repair: a documented service example
In our LIFEPAK 20 printer replacement case, the printer was not operating. The printer assembly was replaced, and the service record reports that post-service tests passed. Original photographs show the assembly and its ribbon-cable connection during the work.
For a similar request, identify the exact monitor/defibrillator model and describe the printer, display, battery or accessory concern. For an AED request, include the readiness message and the model of the unit; a LIFEPAK 20 printer repair is a different scope from an AED battery or electrode request. Service and parts availability are reviewed for the specific device.

Service request questions
Does a readiness warning always mean the AED needs repair?
A warning alone does not identify the required work. The device message, model and battery or accessory details help distinguish a replacement-item request from a repair assessment.
Can I request help with batteries, pads or therapy accessories?
Yes. Send the device model and the item or part number through the parts request page. Compatibility and availability need to be reviewed for the exact device.
Request defibrillator or AED service
Send your equipment details, facility location and preferred timeline. Apex will review the request to confirm the available service scope and next steps.
