When you submit an inquiry, Apex receives the contact and equipment information you enter, together with any files you choose to attach. Do not include patient information or confidential clinical records.
Use of your information
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, identify equipment or parts, and coordinate requested services. Form details are sent to the relevant Apex email address. Email and hosting providers may process this information to operate the service.
Technical information
The hosting service may record technical logs. This theme does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administrators.
