What should I include in a patient monitor service request?
Send the monitor model, serial number, installed parameter modules and a description of the issue. For accessory requests, identify the sensor, cable, cuff or connector involved. Tell us whether the concern affects the monitor itself, a measurement module or an attached accessory so we can review the appropriate service scope.
