Free initial equipment assessment
Apex offers free initial assessments for its full range of services in Houston, Katy, Sugar Land and surrounding areas: maintenance and repairs, electrical safety testing, technical inspection, equipment training, inventory/CMMS, facility and equipment planning, equipment sales and sourcing, and parts and accessories. Tell us about your facility and equipment to get started.
How the assessment works
- Tell us what you need. Send your facility location, a short description and any available equipment list, photos or service records.
- Confirm the assessment scope. We review your request and confirm the assessment format and scope with you. If an on-site review is needed, access and timing are arranged with your facility.
- Receive written findings. Your report summarizes the equipment or information reviewed, our findings and recommended next steps.
The initial assessment is free. Any further testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, parts or other follow-on work is scoped and priced separately and agreed with you before it begins.
Request service, a PM contract, or an equipment quote
For recurring preventive maintenance, select PM Service Contract or enter that phrase in the service field. Include your approximate device count, equipment list, locations, and preferred maintenance schedule. We will review coverage and documentation requirements before preparing a proposal.
